Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for registered opportunities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • •Monitor the CRM daily to identify new sales opportunities and coordinate timely manufacturer Deal Registrations.
  • •Collect required deal-registration information with Account Managers and Engineering, including end-customer details, bill of materials (BOM), and quantities.
  • •Prepare and submit deal registration requests, follow up with manufacturers/distributors to completion, and communicate approved pricing/quotations to Sales.
  • •Ensure Deal Registrations stay active by monitoring expiration dates and coordinating renewals; manage product items, costs, and pricing in D365.
