Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop direct reports by managing and coaching junior associates.
  • •Own budget and forecast accuracy for assigned areas and ensure planning rigor.
  • •Provide strategic financial guidance to the AI/ML Technology organization to influence actions and results.
  • •Communicate analytics through clear, executive-ready presentations and reporting of results and forecasts.
  • •Analyze and explain key cost drivers and annual financial trajectory, making recommendations to partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis and/or financial modeling.
  • •At least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
  • •At least 1 year of people management experience.
  • •Preferred: MBA or Master’s in Finance, and/or CFA or CPA license.
