Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings and logistics, and oversee planning for program workshops, client presentations, and team offsites.
  • •Prepare and update program documentation, including PowerPoint presentations, project trackers, status reports, Excel-based tools, and briefing notes; develop templates and SOPs.
  • •Support project planning and timelines by tracking milestones, monitoring progress, flagging risks/bottlenecks, and facilitating regular check-ins on priorities and dependencies.
  • •Synthesize discussions into concise summaries and actionable items; disseminate action items with follow-ups, track task completion, send reminders, and maintain records for audit/compliance.
  • •Maintain centralized program files and information repositories using secure cloud platforms, manage access permissions, and support deliverable alignment with internal and external partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 62,900 - 83,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • •Proven experience coordinating projects or supporting multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments, including tracking milestones and managing priorities.
  • •Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office tools for documentation, trackers, and status reporting.
  • •Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong proactive coordination, version control, and compliance awareness.
