Key Responsibilities

  • •Preside over CAB meetings to discuss planned RFCs (Fixed/Mobile).
  • •Perform pre-assurance sanity checks and ensure Change Requests are executed and completed within defined KPIs.
  • •Handle post-assurance activities, including triggering fault processes when required.
  • •Administer Maximo tools day to day and assist RFC sponsors with operational updates and SLA requirements.
  • •Coordinate normal/urgent activities, attend emergency RFCs after working hours, and provide quarterly or as-requested reports on network performance, availability, SLA achievement, and outage activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in electronic or computer telecom.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in a similar change management role in the telecommunication industry.
  • •Complete knowledge of ETOM and ITIL.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including communicating up to C-level.
  • •Expertise with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), plus knowledge of SharePoint and Maximo.
