Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end intelligence production pipeline from research intake through drafting, editing, review, and publication for threat intelligence content.
  • •Set and manage the production schedule and release calendar, coordinating with researchers and analysts to prioritize what ships when.
  • •Serve as the final quality gate for customer-facing publication by running fact-check, technical accuracy, and editorial review cycles.
  • •Write, edit, and publish high-quality intelligence content, translating raw notes and analysis into clear, accessible narratives.
  • •Develop and enforce style guides, templates, and source-handling standards; mentor writers and analysts and partner with stakeholders to amplify content.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a threat intelligence role within the Five Eyes (FVEY) community.
  • •7+ years of combined experience across technical writing, cybersecurity research, intelligence analysis, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of technical copy editing experience, with strong research, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading or managing a threat intelligence reporting, editorial, or production function with ownership of workflow and review cadence.
  • •Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks such as Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK, and the Diamond Model.
