Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for a portfolio of programs with varying contract types.
  • •Lead the creation of monthly and quarterly financial status reports and prepare monthly forecast, risk assessments, and variance analysis for senior management.
  • •Prepare and communicate financial updates and EACs during the monthly close and forecasting process, including future projections.
  • •Serve as the focal point for communication of financials between PMs and finance leadership, and develop long-range financial models with the management team.
  • •Manage revenue and cost adjustment submissions, ensuring accuracy and review of supporting back-up information; maintain compliance with internal policies and government regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience in a Government Contracting environment (or 12 years related experience in lieu of degree).
  • •Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and EAC development.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
  • •Experience with ERP tools.
  • •Strong communication, organization, and analytical/problem-solving skills, including ability to balance multiple priorities.
