Build scalable, cost-efficient architectures, mentor engineers, and partner with AI, data, and product teams to accelerate safe production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own platform infrastructure strategy, including architectures for long-running AI agent sessions, real-time messaging, and autonomous tool execution within HIPAA boundaries.
•Own the deployment pipeline end-to-end, reducing friction for dozens of production releases per day.
•Lead reliability and observability initiatives, defining SLOs, incident response, and post-mortems to ensure high uptime.
•Manage AI inference cost and capacity, optimizing model serving and GPU compute usage.
•Partner with product, AI/ML, data, and security to translate platform needs into roadmaps and mentor engineers across the organization.
