Perform functional impact assessments, contribute to L2 support and incident resolution, and prepare testable user stories and test scenarios within an agile squad. Collaborate across teams to improve configuration quality across 85+ affiliates.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Product Owner by translating compensation and benefits business needs into well-designed functional requirements for Workday and related solutions.
•Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and propose enhancements or simplifications based on incidents and user feedback.
•Review Workday release updates to identify impacts, opportunities, and deliver new features.
•Prepare testable user stories, support PI planning and sprints, and provide business context and day-to-day configuration support to the delivery team.
•Prepare and execute unit, integration, and non-regression test scenarios, while maintaining clear functional documentation and participating in agile ceremonies.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years’ experience as an HRIS Business Analyst or functional expert on Workday (Compensation & Benefits, including Advanced Compensation).

•Translate business needs into technical solutions and structure workflows, rules, and functional specifications.
•Conduct functional impact assessments and support annual compensation reviews (Merit, Bonus, Stock).
•Preferred experience in Agile methodologies and strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
