Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues and determine root cause and corrective actions using real-time data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain complete, timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist with training lower-level technicians and, when required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance; help maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.

  • •Own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
