Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or a startup environment.
  • •Comfortable sourcing GTM, post-sales, accounting, or finance talent (experience in these areas is a plus).
  • •Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and committed to improving your sourcing skills.
  • •Strong writing skills with the ability to make outreach feel personal.
  • •Curious, resourceful, organized, and comfortable moving quickly (coachable, low ego, eager to grow).
