•Oversee enterprise experience and governance capabilities including RBAC, SSO/SCIM, entitlements/licensing, auditability, administrative workflows, and multi-tenancy.
•Develop and maintain an outcome-driven roadmap across the platform portfolio, balancing short-term reliability with long-term bets.
•Partner cross-functionally to define requirements, plan releases, track success metrics, and gather structured feedback from customers and partners.

•Proven experience driving reliability and performance, including SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident management practices.
•Excellent cross-functional leadership, partnering effectively with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success.
•Comfort operating in Agile environments, managing backlogs, making trade-offs, and shipping iteratively with distributed teams.
