Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s Representative in administering and managing large-scale, complex construction and infrastructure programmes.
  • •Coordinate multiple contractors, nominated subcontractors, consultants, authorities, operators, and stakeholders through the full project lifecycle.
  • •Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, and decision-making processes to achieve project objectives.
  • •Oversee delivery across all phases, including construction, testing and commissioning, handover, and Defects Liability Period (DLP).
  • •Manage contractual and commercial matters, including compliance, claims, variations, cost control, risk mitigation, and reporting to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience performing the Owner’s Representative role under PSSCOC or a comparable form of contract within the last 10 years.
  • •Preferably 20 years or more of experience in Architecture, C&S, M&E, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying disciplines.
  • •Demonstrated experience administering major building or infrastructure contracts for large, complex developments.
  • •Proven capability managing contractual, commercial, programme, and stakeholder matters throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Possess a professional qualification recognised by the relevant professional body.
