Develop real-time tracking algorithms and high-performance software systems for air and missile defense radar. You’ll design multi-target tracking, track fusion, and discrimination techniques, and build modeling & simulation environments to validate performance. Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats, including multi-target tracking, track fusion, and discrimination techniques.
•Develop high-performance, real-time software systems to process radar sensor data and maintain tracks on dozens to hundreds of targets.
•Build and leverage modeling and simulation environments to validate tracking performance, quantify capabilities, and identify improvements.
•Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions into end-to-end defense systems.
•Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments and communicate technical trade-offs to cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers; support demonstrations and field tests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 252,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
•Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
•Solid foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics, and/or differential equations).
•Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
