Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for premium merchant partners, resolving issues and maintaining service standards across payment products and services.
  • •Deliver revenue targets and drive incremental growth from existing merchant partners through new product launches and expanded business opportunities.
  • •Develop and execute growth strategies and account plans aligned with senior management and cross-functional teams to influence decision-makers within merchant organizations.
  • •Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with merchants, driving actionable insights and accountability for follow-through.
  • •Maintain current merchant and project documentation databases to support business continuity and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • •7+ years of experience in digital payments or fintech within account management, business development, or sales, delivering end-to-end results and revenue targets.
  • •Experience managing enterprise merchant dynamics with strong attention to detail as a self-starter.
  • •Exceptional time management and prioritization skills in fast-moving environments.
  • •Proven ability to manage stakeholders across departments, regions, and time zones; mobile payments, e-commerce, or digital technologies experience is a plus.
