Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Manufacturing, Engineering, IT or related field; ~10 years in the domain.
  • •Digital manufacturing expertise (MES, warehousing, ACM, batch mgmt, SCADA/DCS/PLC).
  • •Proven people leadership of global teams, including contractors.
  • •Clear, effective communication with senior stakeholders; demand and capacity management.
  • •Service Desk and ITIL (IM/PM/CM) experience; urgency on P1/P2; disciplined RCA.
