Job Summary

Partner with LATAM Ads leadership to identify revenue growth levers and translate insights into commercial initiatives. Own regional performance understanding and surface new opportunities for market expansion beyond Brazil and Mexico. Build reliable data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, plus ad hoc deep-dives. Provide insights to shape incentives and packages, and align definitions with sales, finance, and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a strategic business partner to identify revenue growth levers and translate insights into actionable commercial initiatives.
•Understand and monitor regional business performance with a forward-looking view to surface opportunities and focus areas.
•Build data models and dashboards to power LATAM Ads planning and reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
•Analyze incentives and packages performance, and provide data/insights to inform incentives and package design.
•Partner with sales, finance, and cross-functional/global teams to align on definitions and maintain a single trusted source of truth.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in advertising, consulting, business intelligence, data/analytics, strategy, or sales operations (or equivalent).
•Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; Spanish is a plus.
•Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets and learning new data environments/tools quickly.
•Ability to translate complex data into dashboards, visualizations, and insights that drive business decisions.
•Ability to identify and automate manual processes using AI, scripting, or workflow tools to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
