Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the internal voice of the Planning customer to Sales, Product, CX, Support, and Education/PMM, shaping expectations and coverage
  • •Develop and refine Planning metrics and health signals surfaced in Salesforce, ChurnZero, and dashboards
  • •Lead Planning implementation reviews and co-build sessions to ensure active engagement beyond passive reviews
  • •Own the structured Planning journey (30/60/90-day stabilization, health checks, and adoption plays) to prevent shelfware
  • •Drive revenue impact through expansion plays and tailored demos rooted in each customer’s Planning footprint and data

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in B2B SaaS in roles such as Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Sales Planning practitioner
  • •Hands-on Sales Planning / RevOps practitioner experience with real planning cycles (territories, quotas, capacity, forecasting, performance measurement)
  • •Hands-on technical fluency configuring complex SaaS tools (ideally Sales Planning, SPM, incentive compensation, or adjacent RevOps platforms)
  • •Proven end-to-end implementation ownership (scope, discovery, design, build, UAT, go-live, stabilization)
  • •Demonstrated methodology-building (playbooks, journeys, or reuse-worthy support models) and strong strategic consultative skills
