Drive revenue growth for energy-efficient HVAC solutions by identifying market opportunities, building pipelines, and engaging property owners, general contractors, and design institutes. Develop customized technical proposals with cost estimation and specifications, present benefits to win contracts, and coordinate across engineering and manufacturing to ensure on-time project completion, quality, customer satisfaction, and proper contract implementation and collections in line with sales governance.

•Use market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify and pursue opportunities aligned with company growth strategies, expanding market coverage.
•Use the sales management system to build project pipelines and manage daily sales activities with reporting and system updates.
•Engage property owners, general contractors, and design institutes to assess needs and develop customized HVAC system technology solutions (including cost estimation and specifications).
•Present proposals, highlight solution benefits, and work with technical support to create competitive technical solutions while maintaining customer relationships.
•Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure project completion, coordinate on quality issues, and oversee contract term implementation and collections in line with governance and compliance standards.

•Strong technical proficiency to understand, explain, and align HVAC system solutions with customer needs.
•Strong sales acumen and ability to influence and persuade customers during the direct sales process.
•Customer-focused skills with excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving for project and AR/invoice management.
