Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues to determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools using independent judgment.
  • •Practice safe job practices and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed and paperwork/work orders on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts; when required, travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance and maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools, plus extensive knowledge of construction equipment schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, and field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
