Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Increase sales revenue of HSBC’s financial products via various sales activities
•Build strategic relationships with existing and new customers to understand financial needs
•Promote and deliver HSBC’s digital channel and Life Sign Technology to customers and increase adoption
•Share digital know-how to customers to raise awareness and engagement with digital tools
•Drive wealth referrals specifically investment needs to Premier colleagues

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (candidates with no experience)
•Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits if you have relevant experience
•Relevant licensing in marketing wealth products (PCE/TBE/CEILLI/FIMM) is a plus
•Good track record and knowledge of personal banking products (credit cards, personal loans, fixed deposit)
•Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a drive to learn and grow, and familiarity with Shariah knowledge and competency
