  • •Support Health & Safety and Environmental compliance, monitoring programs and instructing corrective action after incidents.
  • •Oversee operations across departments, ensuring negotiated production levels are met and maintaining accurate operational data.
  • •Monitor equipment needs and review maintenance procedures and record keeping for production equipment.
  • •Manage inventory and quality control, including compliance with internal controls and coordinating off-grade/off-spec materials before shipment.
  • •Supervise the facility team (non-management hourly staff), set up management structure, and follow HR guidelines for personnel status and performance activities.
