Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and operationalize Notion’s talent philosophies across performance, growth, leadership, career development, internal mobility, early career, and high-performance expectations.
  • •Translate talent principles into practical tools, rituals, and operating mechanisms usable by People Partners and leaders.
  • •Co-build the programmatic talent enablement engine and provide deployment-ready materials (playbooks, manager guides, conversation frameworks, decision tools).
  • •Enable talent density by identifying needs across talent segments, building self-service strategies, and strengthening mechanisms to identify, engage, stretch, and retain talent.
  • •Lead fluid, high-leverage talent strategy projects, including early career enablement, total rewards exploration, role architecture, internal mobility, and leadership expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 270,000 annually

  • •Significant experience designing, scaling, and evolving talent management strategies and programs (e.g., performance, talent reviews, succession planning, career architecture).
  • •Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change without formal authority.
