Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor, uphold Fitness First brand standards, and deliver market-leading fitness expertise to members.
  • •Provide safe, effective personal training programs, correct members during exercise, and support members with fitness and motivational coaching.
  • •Complete and maintain MY ZONE, 6D, and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy and keep product knowledge up to date.
  • •Run performance/admin workflows including delivering PT and induction sessions, tracking fitness KPIs, managing bookings, and ensuring proper documentation (contracts, session records).
  • •Ensure clean, fully operational facilities, educate members on etiquette/regulations (including equipment cleaning), and support club events while maintaining member communication channels.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards enrollment.
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
  • •Complete Fitness First Education Academy certification for MY ZONE, 6D, and RISE.
  • •Maintain REPS certification by completing CPD points (including 10 CPD points per year).
