Job Summary

Serve as a Roofing Inspector for Sika’s LAM team, supporting correct installation of Sarnafil roof systems. Train applicators, attend job starts, and conduct in-progress and final technical inspections for acceptance and warranty issuance. Oversee documentation and troubleshoot installation issues, coordinate with contractors/architects/building owners, and assist with roof surveys, warranty transfer/extension, leak follow-ups, and repairs. Travel within the region as needed.

•Train applicators to properly install Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems.
•Oversee application by attending job starts and performing in-progress project visits; document field reports and enforce proper installation.
•Conduct final technical inspections for warranty issuance and inspect existing Sarnafil roofs for warranty transfers, extensions, and annual inspections.
•Act as liaison between applicators and key stakeholders during installation; advise the Technical Manager on progress and issues.
•Support sales with pre-job meetings and roof surveys; follow up on leak and warranty calls and complete required Sarnafil repairs.

Travel: High travel
