Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-lifecycle recruitment for Engineering and technical roles across US and Canada, managing a scalable requisition load aligned to business priorities.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, define role scope, and advise on talent gap mitigation.
  • •Build and execute talent strategies that balance external hiring with internal mobility while supporting diversity and inclusion and an engineering culture.

Salary: CAD 108,000 - 162,000 annually

  • •5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation in high-pressure environments.
