Lead the modernization of an enterprise data ecosystem to enable AI/ML tooling, focusing on data readiness, governance, quality, and secure access. Define standards and contracts, establish observability, and guide tooling decisions (Airflow-centric) for batch and near-real-time data, enabling scalable AI solutions across the organization. Collaborate with IT, security, privacy, and business stakeholders; mentor engineers; drive data contracts, catalogs, and semantic conventions; oversee vector/RAG readiness and secure access patterns.
