Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver contract development, contract management, and dispute/claims management services across the region.
  • •Provide best-in-class claims and dispute management advice for clients.
  • •Apply standard form contracts experience (including FIDIC) to support contract claims processes and procedures.
  • •Compile claim reports and support arbitration/litigation processes as needed.
  • •Support subject matter experts and help prepare major bid proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Quantity surveying, civil engineering, or construction management degree.
  • •Experience in contract development/management and claims services in the property sector.
  • •Strong contract administration and commercial management experience on major projects.
  • •Experience of FIDIC and other standard form contracts, including relevant processes and procedures.
  • •Experience compiling claim reports and arbitration and/or litigation processes (plus performance forensics from quantum/delay is a plus).
