Build and grow consumer and business customer relationships in a branch setting by proactively identifying financial goals and needs. •Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
•Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, centers of influence, a disciplined sales process, and follow-up and referrals.
•Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and strengthen internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies, and adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, B2B sales, or relevant military experience.
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
•Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services, and knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
