Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain a variety of rental and customer-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts using safe job practices.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed and manage parts ordering.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and assist in training lower-level technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Own the tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools, including understanding schematics and diagrams.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and ability to perform maintenance/repair across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred. Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
