Key Responsibilities

•Provide clinical guidance and support to a Virtual Nurse Practitioner in CA, including monthly 1:1 check-ins.
•Review medical records as required by state regulations and Sprinter Health policies.
•Ensure compliance with evidence-based clinical guidelines and telemedicine protocols; participate in case reviews, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
•Ensure all clinical activities comply with state and federal regulations pertinent to telemedicine.
•Perform other responsibilities as needed to adapt to changing business requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,500 - 2,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in the state of California.
•Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of California.
•Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with prior supervisory or collaborative role preferred.
•Experience with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring tools.
•Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, with strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
