Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, set up, and program edit CNC machines and flight hardware to meet Raptor program rate targets.
  • •Perform precision setups on DMG, Nigata, and Heller assets and manage cutting tools so machines are ready for upcoming programs.
  • •Deburr parts on and off machine and complete finishing according to requirements.
  • •Operate clean line equipment, including CMM and borescopes, to support part requirements.
  • •Perform weekly and monthly preventative maintenance and maintain shop upkeep (chip bins, oils, greases, 5S).

Key Requirements
