Ensure web and mobile software meets business and technical requirements by designing and executing manual tests, validating fixes, and reporting defects and quality metrics. Collaborate with product, design, development, and QA teams to review requirements, validate APIs and end-to-end workflows, and support release readiness. Improve QA processes and test standards, including testing AI-enabled features for accuracy, reliability, and responsible AI considerations.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform manual functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications.
•Design test cases and test plans, execute across multiple cycles, document defects, and validate fixes.
•Validate APIs, backend workflows, and end-to-end business processes across integrated systems; produce test reports and quality/release-readiness summaries.
•Test AI-enabled features by validating AI-generated outputs (accuracy, relevance, consistency, reliability) and investigating issues such as hallucinations, bias, unsafe responses, and unexpected behavior.
•Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards; participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate test coverage, risks, and release status.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
•5+ years of software testing experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on automated testing.
•Strong understanding of software testing principles.
•Experience testing in Cloud/AWS environments; knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON.
•Experience working with SQL and creating/executing API and GUI automation tests for web applications.
