  • •Pricing of individual items within a cost plan from first principals including market engagement where required

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years post graduate experience
  • •AIQS of RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership
  • •Experience in CostX preferred
  • •Experience across the life cycle of projects with experience in pre-contract, procurement, and post contract activities
