Associate Director, Institutional Sales

Drive growth in Hiive’s institutional sales business by building and expanding relationships with venture capital investors, institutions, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Generate secondary market liquidity and trading volume through active relationship management, prospecting, and sales campaign execution. Serve as a day-to-day relationship manager focused on revenue and deal flow, while supporting the Director to expand investor pools and channels.
