Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in investment sales, mutual fund sales, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or institutional sales and trading.
  • •Track record of meeting sales targets and building trusted relationships with institutional or ultra-high-net-worth investors.
  • •Ability to build expertise in the secondary market for pre-IPO securities, including market dynamics and key participants.
  • •Relevant education, such as a commerce or economics degree, or strong academic performance in a liberal arts or science program.
  • •Be FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed, or able to complete registrations shortly after hiring.
