  • •Pilot and streamline large, impactful workflows for SDC involving high risk and low standardization.
  • •Create and maintain data pipelines and metrics to improve accuracy, reliability, and observability for leadership decision-making.
  • •Serve as primary incident support contact by performing root-cause analysis, communicating findings, and driving resolution.
  • •Translate insights into process and product enhancements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
