Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop data reports and business processes to identify risks and opportunities for the spares business.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, operations, or a related field; technical majors (engineering, physics, chemistry) preferred.
  • •2–5+ years in product management, product line management, supply chain, semiconductor equipment, service parts, or operations.
  • •Experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment and/or aftermarket service or spare parts, with cross-functional work across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and customers.
  • •Strong business and commercial skills including business case development, portfolio management, P&L awareness, pricing strategy, and market/competitive analysis.
  • •Advanced reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar) plus familiarity with ECO (Engineering Change Order) and PCN (Part Change Notification) processes.
