Partner with Consumer Banking and Growth Studio leaders to translate analytics, research, client feedback, and market intelligence into actionable recommendations. Build and execute insight strategies, measure experience performance indicators, and identify journey pain points and risks. Communicate clear narratives and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
