Key Responsibilities

  • •Support financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting for Prepared Foods supply chain.
  • •Assist with the 18-month rolling COGS forecast and monthly forecasting.
  • •Perform monthly analysis of manufacturing variances and COGS bridges.
  • •Assist with month-end close and the annual operating plan and strategic plans.
  • •Implement and support Anaplan planning and bridging models; analyze, validate, and communicate cost changes to procurement and business units.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • •3+ years of Finance and/or Cost Accounting experience.
  • •Strong analytical and systems skills with a continuous-improvement mindset and ability to troubleshoot processes.
  • •Strong proficiency with MS Excel, including working with large datasets and financial models.
  • •Proficiency in cost accounting principles and accounting policies; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and planning tools like Anaplan or AFE.
