Coordinator, Inflight Service and Standards

Coordinate inflight service and safety standards by gathering and analyzing flight attendant performance data onboard the aircraft. Conduct structured in-flight observations and document findings to identify trends and gaps, then hold one-on-one and group discussions to coach and reinforce company expectations. Partner with Inflight Training to translate insights into actionable training updates, and prepare clear reporting for key stakeholders while maintaining accurate records.
