Key Responsibilities

•Supervise end-to-end delivery of new telecommunications network projects, including estimating, design, engineering, scheduling, and construction implementation.
•Define and review comprehensive phased delivery plans covering resources, costs, schedule, risk assessment/mitigation, budgets, governance, reporting, and forecasting materials.
•Lead cross-functional planning and execution efforts, establish accountability for outside vendors, and drive on-time delivery to meet aggressive timelines.
•Lead solution deployment across network architecture, construction methodologies, material selection and handling, field installation, acceptance, and customer/operational handover.
•Ensure in-scope, on-schedule, on-budget delivery by building project team structure, reporting, and performance metrics with frequent internal stakeholder updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant job experience.
•Knowledge of OSP engineering standards and Outside Plant (OSP) construction, including trenching, boring, fiber pulling, and aerial/underground construction standards.
•Experience with civil engineering and construction for site development and the full life cycle of OSP and/or civil projects (estimating, engineering, permitting, constructing).
•Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and mapping programs.
•Experience in OSP operations, administration, and maintenance, plus understanding of fiber network management principles (route planning, assignments, capacity, splicing, testing, power).
