Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Mastercard Digital Payments team for Southeast Asia.
  • •Drive commercialization and adoption of digital payment solutions across issuers, acquirers, PSPs, fintechs, and merchants.
  • •Identify and unlock revenue growth opportunities, focusing on approval rates, fraud reduction, and checkout conversion.
  • •Lead senior client engagements (workshops and solutioning) to define use cases, address gaps, and position Mastercard’s value proposition, including discussions with regulators and card association bodies.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and embed data-driven insights and performance tracking to continuously optimize client outcomes and business impact.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or master’s degree required.
  • •Deep experience in the digital payments space in Southeast Asia with proven success bringing products to market and driving adoption.
  • •Proven ability to effectively manage a team in the digital payments business.
  • •Proven ability to develop complex strategic go-to-market plans and execute on them.
  • •In-depth understanding of the payments ecosystem in Southeast Asia, including tokenization, fast ACH (UPI), and push payments.
