Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities, partnering with the EHS Manager to maintain safety policies and programs.
  • •Supervise night-shift production to ensure safety, quality, productivity, waste, service, and culture goals are achieved.
  • •Monitor and verify product conformance to specifications and investigate/report when production standards are not met.
  • •Manage employee timecards, time-off requests, training currency, and performance reviews to support development and career growth.
  • •Analyze production data using the production dashboard and SAP, champion continuous improvement, and coordinate with Maintenance/Process Engineering to resolve equipment and material issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance, or related experience (or equivalent education plus relevant experience totaling 5+ years).
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite (SAP experience is a plus).
  • •Strong safety and quality commitment with the ability to lead and enforce policies and procedures.
  • •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure, including the ability to handle conflict effectively.
