Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps.
  • •Support operational execution across shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor and keep stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess needs, resolve guest/client needs quickly, and support operations-focused directives and projects with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to work a part-time schedule up to 20 hours per week with a shift minimum of 4 hours.

  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
