Job Summary

Own HR transactional data administration for a Regional Hub Transactional Team within People Services. Deliver accurate, timely, customer-focused HR support to employees and managers across multiple business units using a case management system to meet SLA and KPI targets. Analyze HR work process design and flow to improve client experience and efficiency, apply CORE framework principles, and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide accurate, timely, customer-focused HR transactional services and data administration to employees, managers, and HR professionals.
•Use a case management system to achieve SLA metrics and overall client satisfaction.
•Analyze People Services work process design and flow, and work with clients and vendors to implement improved processes.
•Prioritize, allocate, and action daily tasks to meet SLA requirements.
•Track and report day-to-day performance metrics (SLA/KPIs) to demonstrate shared services value and ensure process training and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6–8+ years of relevant HR experience.
•Experience managing high-volume HR requests and HR data administration across end-to-end hire-to-retire activities (shared services center experience is an advantage).
•Experience managing data in HRIS systems and/or using Workday.
•Ability to work effectively in a high-pace, deadline-driven environment.
•Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and written/oral communication with all levels of the organization.
