Job Summary

Lead operational readiness (OR) for major capital projects on an ADNOC Offshore assignment, ensuring safe, efficient handover from execution to operations. Own OR strategy and readiness tracking across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams. Drive digital transformation for document control, asset information (AIM), workflow automation, and KPI dashboards. Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and procedures, supporting risk assessments and Management of Change.

•Develop and implement the Operational Readiness (OR) strategy and execution plan.
•Coordinate OR activities across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams; ensure operational deliverables are completed before handover.
•Lead digital transformation initiatives, implementing digital tools for document management, asset information, workflow automation, and reporting.
•Develop, review, and update operational policies, procedures, and work instructions, including SOPs and emergency response procedures.
•Facilitate operational risk assessments and Management of Change (MOC) activities related to operational documentation.

•Experience in digital transformation and operational excellence programs.
•Familiarity with BIM, Digital Twin, and Asset Performance Management (APM) concepts.
