Key Responsibilities

  • •Own SaaS budget, forecasting, and license management across Core IT enterprise platforms, including app catalog, utilization tracking, renewal calendar, and cost optimization.
  • •Own vendor management for Core IT SaaS and hardware contracts.
  • •Own hardware and logistics operations across five regions, including inventory forecasting, procurement, multi-region ordering, new hire equipment standards, and new office buildout hardware.
  • •Manage and develop direct reports, setting priorities and growing the team’s capabilities and impact.
  • •Build the operating rhythm for Business Operations with budget tracking, vendor scorecards, renewal calendar, and reporting for IT leadership visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in vendor management, SaaS operations, IT business operations, or a related discipline, including end-to-end enterprise contract management (negotiation, renewal, spend tracking).
  • •Experience managing people, or readiness to take on people management, with a point of view on setting priorities and growing a small team.
  • •Experience partnering across IT, finance, and business teams to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
  • •Experience managing hardware or IT asset operations across multiple regions.
  • •Strong data management and analysis skills (Google Sheets/Excel and similar tools).
