Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures and couple it with realization of those architectures.
  • •Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications for the overlay/process.
  • •Participate in the development of intellectual property for the process technology.
  • •Integrate individual steps necessary for manufacturing complex microprocessors and co-optimize process flows with overlay mark design.
  • •Ramp to manufacturing volumes and transfer the technology to manufacturing counterparts using the Copy Exactly Methodology.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (12+ years), Master’s (10+ years), or Ph.D. (7+ years) in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM fields.
  • •7+ years of hands-on lithography industry experience.
  • •Current experience in advanced node overlay development process and proven ability to troubleshoot overlay impacts on overlay mark performance.
  • •Experience with integrated process development to co-optimize process flows and overlay mark design.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and data analysis.
