Key Responsibilities

•Architect and maintain the scale-focused, multi-tenant infrastructure powering platform customers
•Collaborate across cross-domain teams (Product, Design, Compliance, Sales) to deliver integrated features with enterprise-grade SLAs
•Design and implement solutions for enterprise prospects by translating business requirements into technical solutions
•Own architecture decisions for performance vs. velocity, ensuring production excellence and maintainability
•Lead multi-team initiatives with measurable technical or business impact across the Scale Platform

Key Requirements

•Have 8+ years of software engineering experience in Java/Spring Boot (8+ for Staff)
•Excel at making the right level of abstraction—balancing flexibility and simplicity in system/component design
•Demonstrate clean communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Make pragmatic decisions on when to optimize for performance vs. velocity based on business impact
•Have led multi-team initiatives with measurable technical or business impact
