Key Requirements

  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader/manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management) or completion of the Boeing course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •3+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures.
  • •3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives.
  • •3+ years of manufacturing experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and people on production and development programs.
  • •Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
