Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for the development of airborne EO/IR sensor systems from architecture development through requirements verification and qualification.
•Transform customer needs into system level requirements, and work with all engineering functions to decompose and allocate system-level requirements to sub-systems and components with full traceability.
•Develop and refine CONOPS and System Architecture using Model-Based Systems Engineering methods.
•Execute modeling and simulation of system-level performance under operational conditions.
•Develop and execute integration, system, and flight test plans.

Key Requirements

•U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.
•STEM degree with 10+ years of related experience.
•Experience across the EO/IR imaging system product lifecycle (architecture, requirements, design, modeling & simulation, testing).
•Proficient in requirements development, system design and integration, test planning and data analysis.
•Advanced degree is a plus (engineering, physics, or related field).
